We were founded by a group of product builders and technologists, working together with a group of architects, designers and general contractors, to develop a better way to renovate.
As of September 2021, Skylight is no longer in operation. We look forward to our new home with Opendoor Technologies, Inc.
Who we are
Skylight was founded in 2016 with a mission to perfect the home remodel experience. We had heard about so many home renovation nightmares and as experienced technology executives, we knew that there had to be a solution. Together with expert architects, designers and general contractors, we re-invented the home remodel process resulting in a better way to plan, design, build and manage projects.
We deliver full service remodels and renovations for kitchens, bathrooms and other interior spaces. The Skylight process is fully integrated – from planning the space based on your lifestyle, to personalized curation of materials, right through to permitting and construction.
